Ingredients
- 10 leaves fresh basil
- 1/2 green pepper large dice
- 1/2 yellow pepper large dice
- 1/2 orange pepper large dice
- 1/2 small red onion large dice
- 5 cloves garlic sliced thinly
- 5 pcs sun-dried tomato cut in half
- 10 kalamata olive
- 3 green onion sliced large
- 5 stems fresh thyme
- 1 cup fresh peas
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 purple cauliflower cut into large florets
- 1 1/2 lb salmon filet bones taken out and skinless

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in 10’ skillet till hot. Add the onions and garlic, sauté till translucent. Add all veg and herbs except the cauliflower. Sauté for 1 min, place seasoned salmon fillet on top of veg mix. Surround with the cauliflower. Add the lid vent open on a med high heat. When the vent whistles, shut vent turn to low heat cook for 15 min and serve with rice.
