I love this dish. It is always a hit.
Ingredients
- 400 g mozzarella cheese
- 1.5 lb meat sauce
- 500 g 2% cottage cheese
- 4 tbs beef broth water can be used
- 1 box lasagna
- 10 g Parmesan cheese freshly grated

Instructions
- In a cold 10’ skillet add a layer of meat sauce and the beef broth. Use the pasta raw and crunchy. Add a layer of pasta, meat sauce, pasta.
- In about the middle add all the cottage cheese as a layer. Continue with sauce and pasta. Each time starting a new row change the direction you layer the pasta.
- Turn stove on to low or med-low heat depends on the stove, for 30 min or until there is steam coming out of the vent. Should be aprox 30 min. Shut off stove, close vent and let sit for 10 min. Ready to serve.
