Ingredients

- 1.5 Lb Extra lean ground beef
- .5 tsp salt & pepper
- 2 tbsp BBQ sauce
- 3 tbsp dry bread crumbs
- 6 drops worcestershire sauce
- .5 tbsp saricha sauce
- .5 tbsp dry sweet basil
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary Chopped
- 1 egg

- 1 spanish onion small sliced
- 1 Roma tomato diced
- 2 tbsp flour
- 10 button mushroom Small mushrooms 1/4

- 3/4 L beef broth Campbell

- 200 gr mozzarella cheese

Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in group 1. Press tight to get all air out. Make a football shape with cheese stuffed in the middle. Make sure you can not see any cheese or it will leak out. Check the size of your football by measuring it on the lid of the pot so it will fit in the skillet.
- Pre heat 8" skillet on med heat until water beads. Aprox 3-5 min. Depends on stove.
- Put the roast in the pan and brown for about 4 min. Add the sliced onion, tomato and mushroom at this time and mix them together.
- Add the lid and wait for the whistle. When the whistle sounds add the flour and mix it with the onions till pasty. Add 1 cup of beef broth and mix it with the onion mixture till it's smooth. If it starts to get very thick add more beef broth. Add the tomato paste. Add a pinch of salt and pepper to the sauce.
- Roll the roast over gently. Add the rest of the broth so the the pot is 1/2 full. Put the lid on and wait till the whistle sounds turn to low heat shut the vent and cook for 30 min.
- Let sit for at least 5 min them serve. Top with partisan cheese if desired.
