  1. Mix all ingredients in group one. Shape into little patties , make sure to press tight to get all the air out.
  2. Pre heat 10" skillet until the water beads with a couple of drops. No oil in the pan, add turkey patties. Sear for 5 min then flip. Cook for a few minutes so the patty starts to hold its shape. take the patties out, they will still be a little raw inside.

  1. Add the sliced onions, garlic to the pan. If the pan is very dry and may look like it will burn, turn the heat down and add the lid for a few minutes. The moisture will sweat out of the onions.
  2. Add the flour and mix and 1 tbs curry powder. Mix into the onions to start to bind.
  3. Add 1 L of the chicken broth and stir well. Add the broth slowly so the gravy doesn't split.
  4. Once it has come to a boil on a med heat place the turkey patties back in the broth. add additional broth so it is just covering the patties. Place the asparagus on the top.
  5. Place the lid on with vent open. When steam comes out of the vent, close the vent, turn the stove to low and cook for 5 min. Then serve with rice.
