Ingredients
- 1/4 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
- 1 6 oz salmon fillet boneless and no skin
- 6 oz green french beans
- 6 oz oyster mushrooms torn
- 1 pinch salt & pepper
- 10 leaves fresh basil

Instructions
- Pre heat 8" skillet with no oil. When water beads about 3-4 min.
- Smear oil on the salmon fillet and season with s&p.
- Tear the mushrooms into strips. Clean the beans.
- Add the salmon to the hot pan and sear. Add all the rest of the veg around the salmon. There will be some fat coming out of the salmon that will sauté the mushrooms and beans.
- Add the lid vent open. Keep on a med heat. When the whistle sounds about 1-2 min, shut the vent turn to lowest heat for an additional 3 min. Then serve.
- If cooking a few salmon fillets, cook the beans and mushroom in a separate pan.
- Remove Salmon and flip over to show the browned side up serve with rice.
