I have had a passion for cooking for over 25yrs. From making pancakes and cheese cake with my grandmother at a young age to baking bread in a bush camp fire in the Forests of Australia. I have held positions of executive sous chef and head chef in Scotland, South Africa, Australia and across Canada. Traveled across the world has broadened my culinary skills and love for flavour and using great local ingredients.
Having quality cookware like Kitchen Charm is the foundation of great easy cooking. I believe having the right tools to cook with, is a huge asset to preparing great food. Quick easy, fast cooking is what makes for great culinary experience for the busy person on the go. I give personal attention to layering flavours while letting ingredients shine through to create pleasing comfort food, recipes and elegant multi course meals. Most of the dinners are cooked in under 30 min, some as fast as 10-15 min.
As a Red Seal Chef I hold the executive chef position for The Cookware Group Canada, as well as their regional manager showing engaged couples the benefits of waterless, greaseless stovetop cooking. From hosting countless culinary demonstrations promoting Kitchen Charm cooking, I have been invited to run cooking schools across Canada and the United States for customers who have their cookware to enhance their cooking experience.

My personal integrity is most important to me.
