Salmon with Sundried Tomato and Kalamata Olive
Nice salmon dish. Steamed with peppers and herbs.

  1. Heat olive oil in 10’ skillet till hot. Add the onions and garlic, sauté till translucent. Add all veg and herbs except the cauliflower. Sauté for 1 min, place seasoned salmon fillet on top of veg mix. Surround with the cauliflower. Add the lid vent open on a med high heat. When the vent whistles, shut vent turn to low heat cook for 15 min and serve with rice.
