Heat olive oil in 10’ skillet till hot. Add the onions and garlic, sauté till translucent. Add all veg and herbs except the cauliflower. Sauté for 1 min, place seasoned salmon fillet on top of veg mix. Surround with the cauliflower. Add the lid vent open on a med high heat. When the vent whistles, shut vent turn to low heat cook for 15 min and serve with rice.
