Using quality cookware for baking stove top pizza works out very well.

The trick is using a med low – med heat. Make sure the vent on the lids is left open. Usually cooks in about 8 min. It’s best to cook thin crust pizza in the pot on top of the stove.

For this pizza I used 1/2 Pillsbury Pizza tube. A little Pam in the pan, use a cold pan. Spread dough evenly in the pot. I had smeared tomato sauce on the bottom and added cheddar cheese and fresh chopped basil. For stove top pizza the parts that will brown will be the parts that are touching steel. So of best results is to have the cheese and sauce right to the tip of the crust.
