The video recipes that can be prepared are endless in this cookware. It’s nice to add a twist and bake on top of the stove in this type of quality.

Egg White Omelette

Chicken Curry

INGREDIENTS
1 package chicken thighs boneless skinless,
 4 cardamom seeds,
 2 tbsp fresh garlic,
 4 tbsp fresh ginger,
 1 tbsp sesame oil
, cracked black pepper and salt to taste,
 4 tbsp yellow curry powder,
 1 tbsp dried basil,
 1 white onion rough dice, 1/4 green cabbage rough chop, 2 stems of celery chopped,
 2 large carrots peeled and chopped
, 1 white potato roughly chopped,
 1 cup mushrooms sliced in half
, 1/2 tin coconut water, 1L chicken broth
, Corn flour + water for thickening.

DIRECTIONS
Preheat 10” skillet at medium heat until water beads.
Mix chicken thighs with cardamom seeds, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, cracked black pepper and salt. Put the chicken into the pot without oil, searing on one side for 8-10 minutes with the lid ajar.
Flip the chicken after 10 minutes, keeping pot on medium heat. After flipping chicken, add in the curry powder, dried basil, and then the vegetables, excluding the mushrooms. Put the lid on, wait for moisture to come out of the vent as vegetables will start to sweat. Mix together.
Add coconut water and cover the mix with chicken broth. Once bubbling rapidly, add mushrooms and allow to cook for 10 minutes on medium high heat with the lid ajar to reduce the sauce and enhance the flavor.
Add corn flour slurry to thicken.
Readjust seasonings if necessary. Serve with rice and Naan bread.

Salmon with Sundried Tomato and Olive


INGREDIENTS
½ yellow pepper large dice, ½ green pepper large dice, ½ orange pepper large dice, ½ red onion large dice, 5 cloves garlic thinly sliced, 3 green onion sliced, 7 sundried tomato cut in half, 10 fresh basil leaves, 4 sprigs fresh thyme, 10-12 kalamata olives, 1 cup fresh peas, 1 tbls olive oil, ½ purple cauliflower cut into large florets

DIRECTIONS
Heat olive oil in 10’ skillet till hot. Add the onions and garlic, sauté till translucent. Add all veg and herbs except the cauliflower. Sauté for 1 min, place seasoned salmon fillet on top of veg mix. Surround with the cauliflower. Add the lid vent open on a med high heat. When the vent whistles, shut vent turn to low heat cook for 15 min and serve with rice.

Lasagna

Cooked on top of the stove 35 min.

Ingredients

1 Box dry lasagna noodle,
1 ½ lb meat sauce,
500 gr grated mozzarella cheese,
med container of cottage cheese,
4tbls beef broth or water.

DIRECTIONS

In a cold 10’ skillet add a layer of meat sauce and the beef broth. Use the pasta raw and crunchy. Add a layer of pasta, meat sauce, pasta. In about the middle add all the cottage cheese as a layer. Continue with sauce and pasta. Each time starting a new row change the direction you layer the pasta.

Turn stove on to low or med-low heat depends on the stove, for 30 min or until there is steam coming out of the vent. Should be aprox 30 min. shut off stove, close vent and let sit for 10 min. Ready to serve.

Meat Sauce

Ingredients

1/2 white onion chopped,
 1 large carrot peeled and diced,
 2 cloves fresh minced garlic,
 5 sprigs of fresh thyme,
 1.5 lbs extra lean ground beef
, 1 tsp dry oregano,
 1 tsp dry basil
, 1/2 tsp chili powder
, 1 tbsp tomato paste (heaping)
, 1 tin crushed tomatoes
, 1 tin diced tomatoes
, 1 tin black beans drained and rinsed,
 2 bay leaves

DIRECTIONS

In the 8″ skillet, turn the heat to low and sweat the chopped onion, carrot and garlic together by adding the lid and stirring every so often- the moisture from the onions create steam to hydrate the skillet so nothing sticks. Add the thyme and stir again.
After a few minutes, add the ground beef and turn the heat up to medium. Stir every so often and then press meat down, put lid on and let cook for 5 minutes. Remove lid and stir.
Add spices (oregano, basil, chili powder) and tomato paste. Stir again.
Add tin of crushed tomatoes, diced tomatoes, and tin of black beans plus a couple of bay leaves. Stir.
Put lid on and cook until whistle goes off. Keep lid ajar to avoid splattering and turn heat down or turn off stove until ready to eat.
Cooking for longer will enhance the flavor.
